We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Direct Sourcing Recruiter to support our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and nurturing top management and executive-level talent. Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Direct Sourcing Recruiter to support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging Indigenous talent. This role will play a key part in accelerating time-to-fill and strengthening our talent pipeline through market insights and direct outreach. This role will also help build long-term talent pipelines through partnerships with post-secondary programs and Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
