Job Overview: Driving innovation and culture change across the enterprise through the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs or projects.

Specific Innovation Tools Required:

  • Continued development and further iteration of the FH PEP Roadmap waterfall tool to enable enhanced oversight and visual maintenance by FH Leadership. TCD Q4 2024.
  • Develop and implement a fully automated maintenance schedule integration RMP, eliminating the requirement to manually display and enter maintenance windows on RMP. Q2 2025.
  • Develop an alignment strategy to adapt the existing innovation tooling used for existing PEP execution to ensure transition and integration of these tools for regular online and outage maintenance in FH. PEP: 984 WO BY 2027 completion rate support.

Qualifications:

  • Requires knowledge of engineering, sciences, or business administration to demonstrate and apply sound conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
  • Requires knowledge of computers and computer applications/software to facilitate business operations.
  • Requires a good knowledge of English, both oral and written, to communicate effectively with others. This knowledge is considered to be normally acquired through university studies in engineering, applied science, or math.
  • Experience in OPG using Visio, Excel, gathering data, and work management.
