We curate beautiful spaces with vibrant atmospheres for great times. As a Production Chef for our Central Production Kitchen, you will prepare batch recipes for Wolves of Tokyo, our Japanese Restaurant, focusing on consistency, efficiency, food safety and working to excellent standards using fresh and varied ingredients. You will work as part of a team to support the wider business; the production chefs play a key part in the running of an exciting business. You will apply methodical skills, attention to detail, and are key in maintaining food standards and managing stock. You thrive in routine, completing tasks and working through a to-do list.

You will ensure all food items are prepped, packed, and distributed to venues on time, to spec, and to the highest food safety standards whilst managing wastage and other controllables in the kitchen.

We expect you to:

  • Complete your daily food preparation to the volumes requested
  • Follow batch recipes and cook food in large volumes
  • Work with your team in sync and in harmony
  • Rotate stock, keep storage areas clean and tidy and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Manage your own time and task list to meet preparation targets
  • Complete your daily food safety checks
  • Take in deliveries safely, completing the correct checks
  • Work consistently every day to meet brand expectations
  • Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards in line with EHO and internal policies
  • Follow allergen guidance, labelling, and traceability systems
  • Foster a positive team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and high standards
