Connect To Work Triage Co-ordinator Salary: £27,113.00 per annum Salary Scale Point: 15 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Based: Peterborough with hybrid working option About CPSL Mind Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health charity. About the Service The Connect to Work Triage Coordinator is a key role, coordinating activity between referrers and partner providers to ensure individuals receive support and guidance to support them to enter, return to, or stay in work. This role is responsible for triaging Expressions of Interest for the Connect to Work programme, delivered in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council and other specialist providers. This role will: * Provide the first point of contact and support for individuals referring in * Oversee completion of pre-assessment of eligibility against defined criteria * Ensure the smooth handover of eligible referrals through to specialist employment services * Connect ineligible referrals with an appropriate local service, maintaining a strong understanding of CPSL Mind services, local groups and other local service providers * Support the collection of data and impact stories required for reporting against key performance indicators. * Taking general enquiries Key criteria: * You should have demonstrable ability to connect with individuals and staff with empathy, compassion and understanding in relation to their unique challenges and needs. * Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and instructions. * Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong professional relationships with a diverse range or stakeholders, including individuals, employers and healthcare providers Closing date: 28th September 2026 Interview Date: To be advised Interested?
