An exciting full-time opportunity has opened up at CPSL Mind. CPSL Mind is a vibrant, values-led charity that supports local people in their recovery from mental health issues, promotes wellbeing and campaigns against stigma and discrimination.

Salary: £27,113.00 per annum
Salary Scale Point: 15 (April 2025)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday start and finish times variable
Based: in the community, mainly in the Fenland area, with hybrid working option

About the Service
Connect to Work is delivered in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council and other specialist providers to ensure individuals receive support and guidance to support them to enter, return to, or stay in work. The Connect to Work Access and Inclusion Worker is a key role within the project, with a focus on building and developing connections and partnerships at a community level to raise awareness and understanding of the Connect to Work programme, resulting in achieving referral targets.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be embedded in the community, building relationships and connections with a wide range of stakeholders at a ground level, including Neighbourhood teams, voluntary sector organisations, community groups and businesses to meet access number targets and drive equitable access.
  • Engage employers to support individuals to stay in work and create job opportunities.
  • Represent CPSL Mind and the wider organisation at a wide range of stakeholder and community events, promoting and building awareness of the Connect to Work programme.
  • Support the collection of data and impact stories required for reporting against key performance indicators.
