As we scale, we are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record in SaaS sales to help drive growth and revenue. If you’re target-driven, entrepreneurial, and looking for unlimited earning potential, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

· Identify, research, and prospect target clients through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, CRM, referrals, etc.)

· Conduct outreach campaigns and set up discovery and demo calls.

· Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across the construction industry.

2. Sales & Closing:

· Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the buyer journey

· Address objections, deliver value-based pitches, and close subscription deals

· Maintain a high conversion rate and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

3. CRM & Reporting:

· Accurately update and manage the sales funnel in CRM tools

· Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and activity tracking

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to feedback insights

4. Client Relationship Management

· Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and onboard new clients

· Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions

· Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

· Minimum 5 Years of Experience – Proven background in SaaS inside sales, preferably in B2B or construction-tech

· Target-Driven & Growth-Minded – You thrive in a performance-based, high-reward environment

· Excellent Communication – Strong written and verbal skills in English; able to build trust and close remotely

· Tech-Savvy – Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales tools, LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital lead generation

· Independent & Reliable – Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, and accountable

· Hungry for Opportunity – Ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit with an eye on leadership or relocation opportunities

· Creativity & Strategy – Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven subscriber base.

· Organized & Proactive – Able to manage multiple tasks, schedule calls, and optimize engagement strategies with time management.

· Remote Work Ready – Must have a personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection.
