As we scale, we are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record in SaaS sales to help drive growth and revenue. If youβre target-driven, entrepreneurial, and looking for unlimited earning potential, this is the role for you. This role offers international exposure, career growth, and the potential for relocation to our offices in Dubai, Riyadh or London for top performers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and prospect target clients through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, CRM, referrals, etc.). Conduct outreach campaigns and set up discovery and demo calls. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across the construction industry.
- Sales & Closing: Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the buyer journey. Address objections, deliver value-based pitches, and close subscription deals. Maintain a high conversion rate and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- CRM & Reporting: Accurately update and manage the sales funnel in CRM tools. Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and activity tracking. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to feedback insights.
- Client Relationship Management: Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and onboard new clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience β Proven background in SaaS inside sales, preferably in B2B or construction-tech.
- Target-Driven & Growth-Minded β You thrive in a performance-based, high-reward environment.
- Excellent Communication β Strong written and verbal skills in English; able to build trust and close remotely.
- Tech-Savvy β Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales tools, LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital lead generation.
