As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organisations adopt and realise value from Microsoft's AI technologies. Working closely with customers across the public, private and non-profit sectors, you will facilitate workshops, identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and related technologies.
This is a customer-facing consulting role focused on helping organisations improve productivity, automate business processes and implement agentic AI solutions. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and business process mapping through to solution build, testing, deployment and user adoption.
The role offers an opportunity to work on some of the most innovative AI projects in the Microsoft ecosystem while developing deep expertise in emerging technologies such as Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI and Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer engagements focused on Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to understand business challenges, processes and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- Conduct business process mapping activities and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Design and build AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Agent Builder and Power Platform.
- Configure knowledge sources, actions, workflows and integrations to support customer requirements.
- Deliver demonstrations, training sessions and enablement workshops for both technical and business audiences.
- Support user acceptance testing, solution validation and production deployment activities.
- Document findings, recommendations, designs and implementation plans to a high standard.
- Help customers develop AI roadmaps, use cases and adoption strategies.
- Support the creation of business cases and ROI assessments for AI initiatives.
- Advise customers on governance, security, compliance and responsible AI practices.
- Support customers in establishing operating models for AI and agent-based solutions.
- Stay current with Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI technologies and roadmap.
- Build and maintain demonstration environments and reusable solution accelerators.
- Contribute to the development of new AI propositions and services within CPS.
- Share knowledge internally through mentoring, training sessions and best practice guidance.
- Create blogs, presentations and thought leadership content that promotes CPS as a leader in AI transformation.
