Role Overview
As an Account Manager at CPS, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction, retention, and commercial performance. You will also expand CPS's presence within key sectors, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new business and net‑new customers. A key part of the role is developing and strengthening relationships with channel partners, particularly Microsoft account teams, to support joint customer strategies, co‑sell engagements, and pipeline acceleration.

- Self‑motivated and proactive
