We need a strong Implementation Manager to head Project Manager who knows their way around the implementation phase of a new project. A deep understanding of our company software, and the ability to understand the client's needs and somehow weave them together. The challenge is to manage the clients, the resources and the implementation consultants, and to run the project for the duration, adapting to changing business scenarios and managing risks and budgets.
We are looking for a well qualified Project Manager who can run these projects from start to finish, someone who can be upfront with the customer, cares about the client and can make the project happen smoothly. You will have worked as a client facing PM for a software company, reseller or vendor and ideally will have experience with similar software such as TMS, WMS, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution etc.
You will need to have a strong degree educated background with Prince 2 qualifications and a strong Agile approach.
