As a full time, exempt Staffing Pharmacy Manager with CPS Solutions, LLC at Southeast Georgia Health System, Brunswick location, under the direction of the Health System Director of Pharmacy, this role plans, organizes, controls, and supervises activities in hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. Recommends innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carries out mutually agreed upon programs. As a CPS-employed Staffing Pharmacy Manager, you'll have a full support team available to you including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory. This position will split time 50% with management duties and 50% staffing duties.
Schedule: This full time position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM with some on call and occasional weekends if needed.
About the Facility: The Camden Campus has 40 beds and is the home of a 24 hour Emergency Care Center, ICU, Medical Surgical unit, Cancer care, Maternity Care, Orthopaedic and joint replacement center, senior care as well as Outpatient Rehabilitation Care.
- Pharmacy Degree - Bachelors or Pharm D from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Recent pharmacy management experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively with other members of hospital and pharmacy staff
