My client based in Swansea are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team on an initial 6 month contract.
The suitable Service Desk Analyst will have excellent customer facing skills along with an excellent level of general IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills, to help as many of the customers as possible to reach a resolution.
The Service Desk Analyst will primarily be assisting with replacing and updating the existing Windows 10 devices and assist with re-imaging to Windows 11 using Microsoft deployment toolkit (MDT) and SCCM.
The Service Desk Analyst will ideally have previous experience of working with a Microsoft Azure environment as well as ideally a basic understanding of computer networks, active directory, and group policies to help carry out the upgrade work.
They may also be required to assist with other IT project work.
