Job Purpose

The key purpose of this role is to contribute towards the success of the Identity Practice & Kocho. Successfully designing and delivering client facing solutions, workshops and services. A key influencer inputting into service improvements and new service offerings. Specifically, responsible for defining, planning and designing architecture of defined client projects, service improvements and any other Kocho offerings. Must take ownership in managing own workload, daily tasks and acting alongside the Project Lead and Consultants as the technical expert to clients. May take on additional responsibilities including Practice development, mentoring, recruitment and designing new service offerings.

  • Nurture and enhance Microsoft partnership. Intended for this position to be key focal point.
  • Provide technical leadership through depth and breadth of knowledge.
  • Provide professional leadership through attention to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to take guidance from Practice Heads and leaders to deliver successful solutions to clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Consultants, Project Managers.
