Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support contingent workforce recruitment and life cycle activities across multiple international markets. Working within a procurement-led contingent workforce programme, you will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, Procurement, suppliers, and workforce operations teams to coordinate an efficient, compliant, and consistent hiring experience. You will support contingent recruitment activity from initial hiring intake through onboarding and assignment management, coordinating supplier activity, maintaining workforce data, supporting reporting, and helping to improve recruitment processes. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
