CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading name in the Media & Entertainment industry to appoint a Social Insights & Listening Executive for an initial 6-month contract, paid via daily rate. Working as part of an established in-house team with a globally recognised brand, the Social Insights & Listening Executive will support the Studios and wider Digital Marketing team to conduct analysis and provide actionable insights on social data, relating to new and upcoming releases. Such insights will then be embedded into (and inform) digital marketing campaigns, creative and strategy.
Role Requirements
- Utilise a range of social listening and social performance tools in order to better understand the performance and excitement of new releases and content
- Help maintain and update dashboards for viewing and sharing social data (incl. data validation)
- Analyse and produce social insights across a variety of films, titles and queries
- Feed into (and liaise with) a wider central team responsible for synthesising work across multiple geographical markets
- Configure and set up social listening Boolean queries
- Proactively keep a finger on the pulse of social activity and conversations
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to interrogate and analyse data from different digital datasets, platforms and tools
- Knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms
- Ability to communicate complex data and technical tools in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to translate raw data into tangible, actionable insights
- Impeccable attention to detail, proof reading and data analysis
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role (either in-house or agency)
- Demonstrable passion and knowledge of both social media and film/television
