Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. Working across high-profile end clients within the Defence, Public Sector and Energy sectors, you will play a key leadership role in the design, delivery and successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex enterprise transformation programmes, leading the ECP workstream from early discovery through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) workstream across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Provide functional leadership throughout the Discovery, Foundation, Design, Build, Test and Deployment phases.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and technical teams to define and deliver payroll solutions that meet business requirements.
- Drive solution design, configuration oversight and best practice across the ECP landscape.
- Support integration activities between ECP and wider SAP SuccessFactors and SAP modules.
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams while ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Provide leadership during testing, defect resolution, cutover planning and go-live support.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) workstreams on enterprise-scale programmes.
- Strong track record delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Experience across the Discovery and Foundation phases through to testing, deployment and hypercare.
- Previous experience as an ECP Payroll Lead on complex transformation programmes.
- Experience delivering projects within at least one of the following sectors:
- Defence
- Public Sector
- Energy
- Active SC Clearance is highly desirable, although candidates with recently lapsed SC Clearance will also be considered.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
