We’re working with an award winning Bristol based Law firm to recruit a Senior People Business Partner to join their established People Advisory team. This is a senior, commercially focused HR role partnering with senior leaders across the business, providing advice and challenge across complex people matters, employee relations and organisational change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and business priorities
  • Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters
  • Coach and challenge managers on performance and people issues
  • Support organisational change, restructuring and workforce planning
  • Use people data and insight to inform decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People team to deliver effective people solutions

About you:

  • Strong HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior People Advisory experience
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
  • Proven experience managing complex ER matters
  • Professional Services / Legal sector experience an advantage
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware with excellent influencing and communication skills
