We are searching for a Quality Engineering Automation Lead to own the automation strategy, build modern testing frameworks, and drive best practices across a collaborative engineering environment. This is a high-impact leadership role with a hands-on element—ideal for someone passionate about automation, quality, and scaling robust test practices across complex systems.
Tech Stack & Experience:
- Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit
- Languages: Java (primary), Python, JavaScript
- API Testing: REST Assured, SOAP, Web APIs
- DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Maven
- Testing Approaches: BDD, continuous testing, performance testing (e.g., JMeter)
- Cloud: Exposure to Azure and modern cloud integration patterns
Experience: 10+ years in test automation, enterprise-scale frameworks, Agile/DevOps environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and performance testing
- Embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable delivery
- Champion quality engineering and test automation adoption across product teams
- Mentor engineers and embed best practices for automation and continuous testing
- Define quality metrics and drive improvements in test coverage and effectiveness
- Troubleshoot flaky or inefficient test suites and streamline testing pipelines
