Location: Remote-based, with some travel to Cardiff when needed

CPS Group are working with a recognised global leader in digital information solutions, looking for a Project Manager to join their expanding team.

As Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivering complex, customer-focused IT projects for organisations around the world. You’ll work closely with technical teams and customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing migration projects from start to finish
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules
  • Managing project scope and documenting any changes
  • Providing regular status reports to customers and internal teams
  • Troubleshooting and resolving project issues
  • Working closely with technical migration teams
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in technical project management
  • Strong experience delivering customer-facing IT projects
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, operating systems, email systems, networks, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data and email archive migrations
  • Familiarity with tools like Veritas Enterprise Vault, Komprise, DataForge, ProvenTech, or Drive IQ
  • Experience working in consulting or with financial services clients
