Programme Manager
UK β Remote β occasional travel to London / Europe

We are working with a long standing consultancy client who have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join the business.
Initially you will be overseeing a small team of Project Managers delivering a collection of complex MSP and Professional services projects for a key client across UK and Europe.
Longer term you will be part of the growth and expansion of the Programme Management offering for the wider business β leading cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of large programmes.
UK Head office in London will require (fully expensed) travel every other week with travel to a range of European sites potentially every other month depending on the needs of the programme.
Role:
- Lead the delivery of complex, multi-project programmes aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee planning, execution, and reporting while managing interdependencies, risks, and resources.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality standards across all projects.
- Continuously improve programme processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic impact.
Skills / experience / Background:
- Proven experience within a similar Programme Manager role, preferably from within MSP / Solution Provider / Consultancy.
- Medical / Pharma industry experience would be an added advantage but not essential
- Experience leading in successfully managing and delivering complex programmes of technical work
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in programme management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience
- Project / Programme certification(s) (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
