Engineering Tech Lead Cardiff (Hybrid Working) Up to £75,000 + Bonus CPS Group are supporting an established technology-driven organisation in Cardiff who are looking for an Engineering Tech Lead to join their growing software engineering function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer or Tech Lead who enjoys technical leadership, mentoring engineers and shaping engineering practices. You'll play a key role in guiding Agile teams, influencing architecture and helping drive the technical direction of a modern software platform. You'll provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, supporting delivery, improving engineering standards and helping engineers grow. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.
