Duration: 3 Months (Rolling for 12 months)

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint a seasoned PMO Analyst to support a number of flagship projects in the portfolio. The PMO Analyst must have proven and clear PMO experience and be a self-starter, proactively suggesting improvements and initiatives based on previous experience. We’re seeking a well organised, self-driven individual who is confident working independently.

Role Requirements:

  • Project Portfolio Services to support definition and prioritisation, schedule management, resource management, finance management and change management
  • Financial planning, forecasting, tracking and control
  • Development and maintenance of IT portfolio sites
  • Organisation and preparation for various portfolio meetings and Agile ceremonies
  • Co-ordination of light touch IT change initiatives
  • Co-ordination of internal and external audit activity within the IT department
  • Co-ordinate tracking of purchase order and licence management (usage audits, performance monitoring, renewals and re-tenders)
  • Providing subject matter expertise on repeatable activities such as the purchasing process, financial reporting and forecasting
  • Support risk management and co-ordinate audits
