CPS Group are currently partnering with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Architect to join their established team. You will work closely with consultants, project leads, and sales teams, taking ownership of solution design, workshops, and delivery while helping to evolve services and mentor others within the practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Technical Leadership
  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise identity solutions across client engagements
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Own and champion key identity technologies and vendor relationships
  • Contribute to service improvements and the development of new offerings
  • Delivery & Client Engagement
    • Define, plan, and design identity solutions aligned to client requirements
    • Lead and deliver workshops, requirements gathering, and solution presentations
    • Support pre-sales activity with technical input into proposals
    • Ensure high-quality documentation, design reviews, and delivery outcomes
    • Work closely with consultants, project managers, and account teams
    • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
    • Stay current with industry and Microsoft developments, sharing insight across the business

    Strong experience in Identity, Access & Governance (IGA) Proven commercial experience designing and delivering identity solutions Deep knowledge of:

    • Microsoft 365 Identity lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
    • Privileged Identity & Access Management (PIM / PAM)
