Digital Asset Management Coordinator

Role: Digital Asset Management Coordinator

Digital Asset Management Coordinator

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint a Digital Asset Management Coordinator for an initial 6-week contract, to support a major migration project of Digital Assets from Box to Frame.io.

Supporting the Digital Asset Manager, the Coordinator will help execute a smooth migration of digital assets, carry out a robust file reorganisation exercise and ensure that asset packages full, complete and uploaded to the new DAM system successfully.

This is a 6-week initial contract, being extended per project needs and is based on-site in London.

Role Requirements

Support the Asset Manager in scoping the migration project, identifying and prioritising activities
Download all relevant files check they have downloaded correctly with no corruption.
Complete file reorganisation into the agreed new folder structure
Upload files into the new system and check packages have completed correctly with no corruption.
Track project progress
Communicate progress of migration during regular check-ins, escalating where appropriate
Assess files which may fall outside of migration project scope but may need backing up (either on hard-drive or other internal asset management system).
Create project folders for all upcoming projects using folder structure templates.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience within asset management environment, supporting the management, organisation and (ideally) migration of assets
Experience of quality-checking digital asset packages
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised with exemplary time management skills
Project Management or Support experience
