Your Role? πŸ™‹

For our Delivery Consultant role, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about furthering their careers within the recruitment sector. You will need to be naturally organised, driven and hardworking and like to have a bit of fun during your working day. You will have some previous recruitment experience – ideally in the tech sector and will be an important part of our growing and expanding delivery team.

Your responsibilities πŸ’»πŸ“ž

  • Utilising our database, Linkedin, CV sourcing websites, job boards and social media you will source CVs for a variety of CPS Group vacancies and work with more senior members of the team to ensure our clients have the best experience.
  • Updating our CRM system with the most up-to-date candidate information.
  • Screening of applications.
  • Booking interviews.
  • Delivering feedback (ensuring each candidate has a positive experience time and time again)
  • Building relationships with candidates from initial engagement to offer of employment and beyond (full candidate management).
  • Liaising with our clients.
  • Lead generation.
