Employee Relations Advisor – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Cardiff – Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)

CPS are working with a leading Cardiff based Financial Services organisation who are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join its central People team.

The purpose of the role is to provide pragmatic, commercially focused ER advice to managers across the business, with a focus on casework, policy interpretation, and process guidance.

  • Advise on absence, performance, conduct, probation and flexible working cases
  • Guide managers on policy application and employment legislation
  • Manage ER casework end-to-end, escalating higher-risk matters when required
  • Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with HR colleagues to deliver a seamless people service

Proven experience within a similar Employee Relations or HR role.
