CPS Group is recruiting for a Compliance Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Bristol. This role is key to ensuring products meet all relevant regulatory and industry standards across design, production, testing, and service.
You’ll provide compliance guidance across the full product lifecycle, working closely with engineering and NPI teams to ensure all products meet current legislation and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance evaluations
- Lead and document safety reviews
- Support external inspections (UL, CSA, SEMI S2)
- Conduct EMC emissions testing and support immunity testing
- Develop compliance processes, guidelines, and training
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain product compliance
- Occasionally support customer visits, including international travel
Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (HNC/HND also considered)
Background in electro-mechanical systems (plasma equipment experience desirable)
