This is an opportunity to focus on what you do best - finding, engaging and managing great technology talent - while working alongside experienced Business Development Consultants who generate live vacancies for you to recruit against.

Whether you're an experienced Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, Talent Partner or Recruiter, you'll be joining an established business with over 20 years of success across the UK technology market.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing the full candidate lifecycle across a range of technology vacancies.
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates using Linked In, job boards, networking and referrals.
  • Building strong relationships with technology professionals and becoming their trusted recruitment partner.
  • Qualifying candidates, arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process through to offer.
  • Working closely with our Business Development team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Building long-term talent pipelines within your specialist market.

What we're looking for

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential either in Delivery or 360
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, organised and resilient approach.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience recruiting within technology or professional services is advantageous, but not essential.
