South Wales - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Up to £50,000 + Annual Bonus
CPS Group are supporting a leading financial services organisation in South Wales as they expand their AI & Automation capability. They are looking to hire an AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that drive real operational and commercial impact. This is a hands-on role where you will work with modern AI tooling across Microsoft's ecosystem, building production-ready solutions that improve processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock business efficiency.
The Role:
- Developing AI-powered solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder)
- Designing intelligent automation workflows for enterprise-scale use
- Working with APIs and Azure AI services where required
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
- Taking solutions from concept through to live deployment
Skills/Experience:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (essential)
- Practical experience delivering AI or automation solutions
- Understanding of applied AI, LLMs, or intelligent process automation
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice to have:
- Azure AI, Python, Dataverse, regulated industry experience
