Our client is a well-established performance marketing consultancy looking to grow their Affiliate Marketing team. The role requires you to be onsite 2 days a week from offices just south of Milton Keynes – you must have a drivers license and access to a car as there are no public transport links.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to accelerate channel growth
- Track and analyse performance metrics (e.g. revenue, ROAS), optimising campaigns through data-driven insights
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, tracking, and commission structures
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and implement quick-win improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate activity with broader marketing strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner or tracking issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Experience within a similar Affiliate Manager role, ideally from within a Performance Marketing business
- Commercially driven with a focus on results and growth
- Strong relationship-building and outreach skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Experience managing multiple partners or campaigns
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
