About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive sales, revenue, and growth. You’ll have a strong track record of identifying and closing opportunities with new clients, particularly within Business and Digital Transformation, Operating Model Design, IT Service Delivery, and IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Apply a Power Base Selling methodology to drive success.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan and targeted sales campaigns.
  • Identify and nurture new sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline.
  • Build credibility and trust with corporate professionals at all levels.
  • Maintain a client-first approach to business.
  • Stay highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively while taking full ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills.
  • Deliver results under pressure and meet deadlines.
