Summary:
We are hiring a Partnerships Lead to join the EMEA/UK team! Our partnership strategy is key to our future growth and success! Partnership Leads coordinate with various partners to expand our Cprime services footprint. As a Partnership Lead, you will help us achieve our mission of accelerating value by sourcing deals and driving revenue directly from channel activities. This role will be based in EMEA, working closely with the global partnerships team.
The Why:
Help us execute our channel strategy by pursuing and growing business alongside our customers and our partners’ customers, building and establishing partner relationships, and launching partner programs built around joint go-to-market solutions.
What you will do:
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation with partners that align with Cprime’s business objectives and drive revenue generation.
- Develop and implement joint go-to-market business plans including developing joint offerings and bringing them to market.
- Drive all aspects of partner management including executive interlocks, pipeline building, business development, enablement, partner marketing, and solution development.
- Conduct regular check-ins and analyze partnership performance to provide insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to support partner initiatives and serve as a bridge to resolve issues, implement initiatives, and enhance collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS partner management, sales, business development, or account management.
- Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Experience in the Atlassian or ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus.
