CPRE, the Campaign to Protect Rural England, is seeking an experienced People Manager to lead our HR function and shape a positive, inclusive culture.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & People, you’ll provide strategic HR leadership and ensure high-quality day-to-day support for colleagues and managers across CPRE.

You’ll own the People Strategy, oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and lead on engagement, TU relationship management, and metrics to inform organisational decisions.
