CPRE London are looking to recruit an organised and enthusiastic Administration Volunteer. In this role you will be volunteering alongside other volunteers, a small staff team and members.
Volunteering alongside the existing team, your role might include any of the following: Helping with a variety of admin tasks; utilising the benefits of our IT systems; checking and responding to emails; making and answering phone calls; talking to visitors, members, staff and volunteers.
With experience at CPRE, there may be opportunities to provide advice and guidance to other volunteers, or share your ideas for procedural improvements.
Good team players are welcomed as is the initiative to volunteer independently.
We aim to offer you flexibility in how you volunteer. In this role you can volunteer your time at the office and or at home remotely. Hours can be flexible depending on your availability. As a rough guide the time commitment is for 1-2 days a week.
We\’ll support you in your role by providing an induction and relevant training and as part of our friendly team of staff and volunteers, based in our office and across the county, you’ll be invited to regular social gatherings during the year.
