Overview
CPRE Bedfordshire, the countryside charity, is seeking a Volunteer Trustee (Marketing and communication) to join our board. We’re passionate about making the countryside in Bedfordshire a better place for everyone to enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Promote our local charity and increase support by reaching new audiences.
- Join in with national campaigns.
- Use your marketing, communications, and PR skills to help the charity and make a positive difference to the countryside.
- Help find positive solutions for issues facing the countryside and the environment; contribute your skills to support the charity as a board member.
Qualifications
- An interest in the countryside and environmental issues.
- Experience of writing engaging content for publication and the web.
- Good interpersonal skills and previous experience of building relationships with local media.
- Ability to use your initiative and a collaborative approach.
- Have access to a computer and the internet at home and be confident using them.
