We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join CPRA’s expanding Sales Team. This is a key role within a fast-growing organisation with an excellent reputation for delivering ethical, evidence-led commercial property services across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across CPRA’s commercial property services.
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Business Development Executives.
- Drive outbound activity including cold-calling, email marketing and follow-up campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, online engagement, and scheduled meetings.
- Manage a personal sales pipeline alongside team oversight.
- Achieve agreed monthly KPIs, including minimum new-instruction targets.
- Work closely with our Sales Director, Chartered Surveyors and administrative staff to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records, CRM updates and sales reporting.
- Uphold CPRA’s ethical, transparent and client-focused approach at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable business development experience, ideally within commercial property or a comparable B2B industry.
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience leading or supervising a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident managing both your own pipeline and team performance simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, professional and target-driven, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong IT literacy and CRM experience.
