Project Controls Manager – Major UK Infrastructure Programme Location: Central London/Hybrid We’re supporting a nationally significant infrastructure programme in the search for a Project Controls Manager with strong experience in large-scale civil engineering projects. This route-wide role focuses on Preliminaries, consents, and earned value management, sitting at the core of a central Project Controls function. Role entails: * Managing integrated baselines across scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality * Leading earned value management and performance reporting * Coordinating inputs from delivery teams and contractors * Analysing data trends and supporting governance with forward-looking insights * Overseeing schedule reviews and managing the change control process * Mentoring junior project controls staff and promoting best practices What We’re Looking For: * Strong background in project controls on infrastructure or civils programmes * Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6, Prism, or equivalent systems * Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and contract change processes * Confident communicator who can engage with delivery, planning, and commercial teams * Analytical thinker able to identify risk trends and drive improvements
