A Local Authority in East London is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of key Technology Roadmap projects, focusing on Modern Workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Identity, Endpoint Management and SharePoint Online.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of M365 and Modern Workplace projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Developing and managing project plans, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Providing governance reporting to senior boards and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational governance, architecture standards and M365 best practices.
- Supporting user adoption, change management and transition into service.
- Managing escalations and providing recommendations to resolve complex delivery issues.
Requirements:
- Proven IT Project Management experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Experience with M365, SharePoint Online, Identity and Endpoint technologies.
- Excellent communication, planning and risk management skills.
- Local Government or Public Sector experience is desirable.
