Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the HR strategy

Requirements:

  • Senior HR generalist experience within a customer-facing organisation
  • Proven experience leading transformational change and delivering business improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills
  • Experience managing HR teams and supporting organisational change
  • Local Government experience is desirable
