We are looking for a Homeless Prevention Coordinator to work on complex cases as part of the Homelessness Prevention team. This candidate will have experience of working within a senior or managerial position previously. Job requirements include, but are not limited to: – Providing support to those looking to move out of temporary accommodation and into permanent accommodation – Providing advice and support to customers on how to sustain their tenancy – Following legal processes and policies when eviction notices and possession orders are given – Ensuring complex cases are managed with urgency Candidate requirements: – Understanding of the Housing Act 1996 – Experience completing S202 reviews – Experience of issuing section 21 notices, section 8 notices, and possession orders If you would be interested in finding more information out about this role, please get in contact with Emily at Critical Project Resourcing ((url removed))
