An experienced Interim Disrepair Surveyor is required to join a busy, high-profile Disrepair Team in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake property inspections to diagnose disrepair issues and specify remedial works.
  • Raise works orders and manage contractors through to completion.
  • Carry out pre-inspections, work-in-progress inspections, and post-completion checks.
  • Project manage disrepair works, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
