Location: Central Railway Construction Corridor (M25 to Birmingham) | Mixed Site & Office-Based Logistics Compliance and Assurance Lead I am seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Logistics Assurance Specialist to join the client-side team responsible for overseeing logistics compliance across a central section of this mega project. Spanning 54 active construction sites, this critical area extends from the M25 toward Birmingham and involves complex logistics operations managed by Tier 1 contractors and major joint ventures. While the physical logistics are carried out by the joint ventures, your role will be to analyse their reported logistics operations from a client perspective, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, environmental, and social obligations. By leveraging your deep knowledge of civil engineering logistics, you will provide insights into movement patterns, identify potential issues, and promote best practices in collaboration with Tier 1 contractors. You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of logistics at quite some scale across multi site, multi daily movements, with some sites needing 150 movements each day. A railway background isn't essential though helpful as there will be movement from civil engineering to railway engineering.
