Managing the construction of play areas, lazy river, new gym, lodges and garages. Working as a team of 4 Project Managers on a £25M project. Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in high-end hotel and retail refurbishments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver this package of works in Windsor.
Project Manager will be expected to:
- Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
- Coordinate/book all trades
- Ensure trades are performing to programme and to the highest standard
- Order/request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
- Liaise with us and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving
- Keep on top of design changes requested by client
- Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time
Skills/Qualifications required:
- SMSTS & CSCS Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous leisure and accommodation experience
