Our client is a leading contractor with sites in and around the UK, looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a school fitout project.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Ordering of Labour
- Attending weekly meetings
- Ordering of Materials
- Identify and resolve any issues with the project
- To be a point of contact for our client
- Manage subcontractors on site
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- SMSTS & CSCS Card
- Strong work ethic
- First Aid Certificate
- MUST have Enhanced DBS (taken within the last 2 years)
- MUST have previous school fitout/refurbishment experience in live environments
