Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role in a small but well-established contractor? This company is a reputable commercial main contractor delivering refurbishment projects across the UK, typically ranging from £200k - £3M in value. The company is now entering a period of strategic growth and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help drive this expansion.
What does the role involve? The role will be based in the office with site visits when necessary. You’ll oversee 1-3 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities. Reporting to the Director, you’ll produce cost reports, valuations, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as administering subcontract valuations and payments - ensuring robust financial and project performance.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor from the commercial construction sector
- Commutable to sites
- Looking for autonomy, progression, and project ownership
- Full UK Driving Licence
