This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager who is ready for the next step in their career, with the ideal candidate being someone who is already operating at a level close to Site Manager and looking for the right project to take that step. The Project * Major 600-unit residential development in Sittingbourne * Approximately 120+ units being delivered per year * Predominantly new-build houses * Combination of masonry and timber-frame construction * Approximately 3 years remaining on the project * High-performing, well-run development The project has already achieved significant recognition, having won a PIJ this year and being marked for Seal, demonstrating the quality and standards being achieved across the development. The Role As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Site Management team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of your areas of the development. You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, organisation and commercial awareness, while maintaining high standards across health & safety, quality, programme and delivery. This role would particularly suit an Assistant Site Manager who is looking to progress into a Site Manager position and wants the opportunity to demonstrate they are ready for that responsibility.
