Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role in a small but well-established contractor? Are you seeking variety in your projects and the opportunity to step up into a senior position?
What does the role involve? The client is based in Marylebone, and all projects are based in the Central London area. The role will be based in the office with site visits when necessary. You’ll oversee 2-3 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities. You’ll produce cost reports, valuations, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as administering subcontract valuations and payments - ensuring robust financial and project performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working on new build care home projects valued up to £5M
- Managing cost control and commercial aspects from concept to completion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor from the residential or commercial construction sector
- Keen to work on high-value refurbishment projects
- Commutable to sites
- Looking for autonomy, progression, and project ownership
- Full UK Driving Licence
