Project to start in May 2026 for 15 months with potential for more work afterwards Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in High-end developments and refurbishments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project in Windsor Project Manager will be expected to: * Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis * Coordinate/ book all trades * Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard * Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings * Liaise with Director and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving * Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers * Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.
