Salary: £95,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package THE OPPORTUNITY CPXR is recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a leading commercial fit-out contractor based in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator with a strong background in Cat B workplace fit-out projects who is looking to work on high-value schemes and play a key role in securing new business.
The role will involve preparing competitive tenders, producing detailed cost plans, managing supply chain pricing, and supporting the commercial success of projects from initial enquiry through to contract award.

THE ROLE
- Prepare and submit accurate estimates for Cat B fit-out projects through single and two-stage tender processes.
- Produce detailed cost plans, measurements, and pricing in line with project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
- Identify commercial risks, value engineering opportunities, and procurement strategies.
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams to support successful project outcomes. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience as a Senior Estimator, Estimator, or Pre-Construction Estimator within the Cat B fit-out sector.
- Strong background estimating commercial workplace fit-out projects within the London market.
- Experience with single-stage and two-stage tendering.
- Proficient in measurement and pricing using SMM7 and NRM standards.
- Experience using estimating software such as Conquest or Causeway, with knowledge of Bluebeam, Cost X, or Kreo.
- Strong Excel skills with excellent commercial awareness and risk management capability.
Candidates from commercial fit-out, office interiors, workplace refurbishment, or design and build backgrounds will also be considered.
