Our client is a Residential Developer with sites in and around East Sussex, and they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on site in Rigmer. The site consists of 70 Timber Frame New Build Homes.
Duties for an Assistant Site Manager:
- Assisting the Site Manager
- Doing inductions
- Finishing
- Managing sub-contractors
- Taking plots from finals to CMLs
Skills & Qualifications needed:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- MUST HAVE New Build Residential experience
- MUST HAVE Timber Frame experience
